Camu Camu is one of the richest sources of vitamin C, containing 3-12% of this essential vitamin. This cherry-like fruit grows on the Myrciaria Dubia tree in the swampy areas of the Amazon. The fruit is hand-harvested and processed locally by communities in the Peruvian rainforest. The berries are gently pressed and dried without heat to preserve the high content of vitamin C. The product is certified organic, sustainably produced and approved by SKAL Biocontrol and the EU.
